"Workings with Stephen Mancini: Stephen sets a new bar as a real estate agent. My wife and I were first time home buyers, so had little experience with the process. Our hope was to find someone who we could trust implicitly and was responsive to our questions - all while willingly providing his or her expertise throughout the process. Stephen exceeded all of our expectations. In the genes -- Stephen comes from a family of home builders and other licensed home professionals, so his "process expertise" goes well beyond what I'd imagine one would find in another agent. Sights of rooms, exteriors of homes, and various aspects of how a property is situated all led to key tips of advice provided by Stephen during our home browsing trips. The guy knows his stuff. And if he wasn't ever able to answer a question that we had, he would honestly say he didn't know - but did know who to go to to find it. Personality -- Stephen is a girl-dad himself, so naturally helped us as my wife and I viewed some of the homes with our now four year-old and one year-old daughters. He'd carry our older or younger - or both if we needed during some visits. He still has a sticker on his property binder that my older daughter gave him during our first trip with him. Honesty and Integrity -- There was never a moment where I questioned Stephen's answers or actions as we moved through the home buying process together. He quickly understood our criteria and made it easy for us to move through decisions. Responsiveness - Stephen and I still talk regularly, and there still hasn't been a time when he hasn't answered my phone call. Every text, every email - all responded to quickly and thoroughly. Proactive updates were provided to us regularly as Stephen received them. He is organized well, loves what he does and is very good at doing it. I've already recommended Stephen to close friends and family. I can't express how happy we were to have him on our side, representing our needs and guiding us along the way -- even after our closing and moving into our new home!
