Joan has been a Realtor since 1998 and now managing, with her husband Rick Mancini, their independent, family owned Real Estate office in the heart of Somers. Married with five children and six grandchildren, Joan has been involved in Real Estate for the last 30 years with buying, selling and renting many of her own properties. Joan has had her Broker License since 2008 as well as her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation. Joan has repeatedly worked with clients and their families by taking pride in getting the job done right... after all it is her name that she represents! Being a full time Broker, is Joan's passion and to help represent buyer and sellers needs on a daily basis.
